So here is an example of me using it to launch STAX IDE (@stax_ide).

After onboarding, the game created the first couple of quests - in this case to build the MVP (first 2 quests) and come up with a pricing strategy (3rd quest).

The app helps you by then giving specific actions for each step, and even doing them for you (where it can - if you have a lawn mowing business it won't mow the lawns) - 2nd screenshot.

As you complete goals, you get XP and start to build your kingdom (building - 3rd screenshot). The building are your business assets - the online store, a customer list, etc.

BIG is made to help build and ship... from both a technical and personal management perspective. BIG will check in with you and is there as your cofounder if you have questions in the chat.

You set the goals - BIG sequences the things to do to get to that goal and you just do them one by one :) Give it a go... see if it actually works. We're doing beta testing now and it's been interesting.
