If you want to maximize your Tortes during the event, you HAVE to do this:
Manually spend (and do not finish) the bloodwebs of 3, 5, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 28, 30, 35, 40, 42, 45, and 50. Use bulk bloodpoint spending on the rest of the levels.
