The new Sky Patterns album 'Night Call' is out now.
An album that reaches deep into nocturnal territory — a world of half-spoken fears, flickering thoughts, and the uneasy sense of life seen through dim light

@OneOutOf4 Gene Loves Jezebel. I saw Jay Aston's JLJ last year headlining an all-dayer in Morecambe. I think Michael must live over in the States now, because his version of JLJ only seems to tour over there.

JENICA CLYDE
A wonderful evening at The Peer Hat in Manchester in the company of the German artist Jenica Clyde performing songs from her debut album.
In case any Chameleons fans have missed this post, Weaveworld finally release their album (written by Andy Clegg, Andy Whitaker, Graham Atkinson & John Lever in 1990 & 1991).
I saw Weaveworld a couple of times back then and they were fantastic - these songs are sounding fab!
@GlennSexton147 The feeling that I have is that the writing has come from several directions. I likely think that Stephen has come up with several of the decent ideas and elsewhere songs sound more like Burgess has written them, there are ideas similar to his Zima Junction outing.

CHAMELEONS
Arctic Moon
Okay... I've now given this a couple of spins. What are we all thinking about it? What are your initial thoughts?
Any key tracks jumping out?
@PeterDickinso12@jamesfallon40 It's so true. My purchases have dropped off of late, I'm not sure if that says more about me or there's less new music being released, but either way something good always tends to pop up.
@AKIofUSA@jamesfallon40 I never understood that - and they were even signed to an American record label after leaving Chrysalis, plus doing a US tour with The Chameleons. I suspect that they just weren't selling enough to dent the charts and were no longer eligible for the indie/college charts.

EYRE LLEW
Just stepped onto the stage at @Gulliversmcr is the wonderful Eyre Llew. A Welsh-sounding name with a widescreen atmospheric Icelandic sound from a band hailing from Nottingham. Really excited for this one.
@girthkokowicz I've never seen this before, but I really like it. They never released a live album of the WDAMB tour, unlike the other two albums. this would be a great fit.
