Social media has turned hubris into a hobby. We can know almost nothing about a subject, spend five minutes reading about it, and confidently lecture thousands of people who actually studied it. The problem isn't ignorance. It's certainty without humility.

What separates military power from military wisdom?

Temperance.

Power is the ability to destroy. Wisdom is knowing when not to.

Strength without temperance becomes destruction. Strength governed by temperance becomes protection.
