Cinnamon promotes longevity and healthspan by inhibiting mTOR and promoting autophagy.

They also tested cinnamon (cinnamaldehyde) in human cell culture, and at 10 nM concentration it compared favorably to rapamycin in inhibition of mTOR.

This seems next to impossible, because this concentration is easily achievable with small (22 mg) amounts of cinnamon, but maybe I'm missing something.
