I guess what I hear about @PayPal and @AskPayPal customer service being poor is true! My account got permanently limited the other day. No explanation, no appeal. Calling gets me the same answer as the ones that reviewed my account don’t pass the reason why to their CSRs….

It’s a very pathetic thing when you’re inside your home, and to speed up my internet connection on my phone I have to go to settings, turn off my @GetSpectrum Wi-Fi, so my phone defaults to my @ATT LTE, to get a speedier and CONSISTENT connection. #DontBelieveTheSpectrumHype
