The key difference between Eukaryotic and Procaryotic evolution and endosymbiosis :

Bacteria and archaea have adapted to virtually every ecological niche over billions of years. Through constant adaptation to environments, competitors, viruses, and resources, they have achieved remarkable diversity within their framework. Prokaryotes appear to have reached inherent complexity limits early in life's history. They have continued to diversify in form and metabolism but have not crossed certain thresholds into more elaborate cellular architectures.

For a loss of function to occur in evolution, a complete structure must already exist. While many small adaptations, such as antibiotic resistance, often involve the loss of certain functions, this is not the full picture. Energy supply matters greatly because evolving toward more complex structures requires substantial resources. This concept is one of the key reasons why gains of functions are rarer in nature.

Eukaryotes achieved a major leap through endosymbiosis: The fusion of an archaeon and a bacterium, two already existing structures. By integrating a bacterium that eventually became the today's mitochondrion, they gained a far more efficient energy source, (to give an idea glycolysis for prokaryotes only produce 2 ATP per glucose while Eukaryotes with respiration can produce up to 32 ATP per glucose).

This symbiosis was a breakthrough that unlocked new possibilities, leading to rapid diversification and the rise of complex multicellular organisms up to the forms we see today. While other paths to complexity might theoretically exist or even existed in the past, none appear to have persisted alongside eukaryotic lineages.

Endosymbiosis theory is supported by wide range of evidence. Mitochondria (and chloroplasts for plants and algae) are the only organelles that possess their own circular, prokaryotic DNA. This mitochondrial DNA is genetically closest to alphaproteobacteria which is a group that includes many intracellular parasites. The similarity in genome structure, sequence, and replication strongly indicates that mitochondria originated from an ancient alphaproteobacterium inside an archaeal host cell and evolved into a permanent symbiotic partner. Modern cellular parasites in the same bacterial group highlight this ancient shared ancestry is a result of divergent evolution.

C'est pas quelque chose que les partis typiquement de gauche font typiquement avec le clientélisme et le nivellement par le bas.

Republicans and other western cuckservative disgusting fags (with all due respect) tend to often lie about the Third Reich gun control policies.

They are incapable of conceptualizing a virtuous order where good people are armed and bad people are disarmed, only the in between "far west" next to leftist total anarcho-tyranny.

Black "people" shouldn't be legally allowed to own weapons for example, all data points to this being the most effective policy.

As the established format of how medicine is practiced decline with new technologies I think it would be better to use medical personnel to do check ups at the source in different districts on a planning like health frontier pioneers.

Not to promote Jewish pharmaceuticals overuse but to monitor if Aryan hygiene norms are respected, prevention checks (ex. observing children growth patterns) and also to gather data on individuals such as temperament and other phenotype features that could be put to use for long term policies.

That being said OP implied something illogical, you can in fact defend technological advances and modern medicine without accepting undesirables. Eugenics was precisely defended by doctors for this matter.

That the solution is more or less condemned remains a political issue, not an indefinite inevitability.
