Without employment generations, skill-building initiatives are futile. the multidimensional poverty that transgender and queer youths deal with cannot be addressed. And one must not look at livelihood through the urban lens.

Also, understand that for trans* and queer kids - this is adult education and they do not have family support like other youths! Hence, someone has to chip in and give them wage to learn!
