@cavilT@ionos_help_US Hi Cavil. Plesk runs individually on each server so if you have downtime, it's only specific to you. Open a ticket with IONOS to help and ask them to escalate it to us if they don't find the solution. We'll check your instance and fix it.
@acaciodejr Hi Acacio,ย
We are not aware of any outages with our ticketing system. You should be able to request support at the following link: https://t.co/MtdWoEvyRv
If you still have issues doing so, please let us know. We will be glad to help!
Recent minor apache updates on Ubuntu 18 & Ubuntu 20 break sites working on PHP-FPM configured by Plesk. This is not a Plesk bug, but we're working to resolve the issue in our next update. We recommend preventing apache updates until then. Temporary fix ๐ https://t.co/ghzvbVWgj3
@GDompeyre I see now. The problem is not that the license is expired, but that Plesk is outdated and not supported. You can update it to the latest build and you'll be able to open a request, but I've already opened one for you. Please wait for an answer later today.
@GDompeyre Hi there. This license is only for an extension, but it's valid. If the problem is with the extension, you should be able to open a ticket with us. What is the error you're seeing? You can try with a different device or browser.
@GDompeyre DM me the license to check what's going on. Maybe it's owned by a partner and not eligible for direct support. In that case you can go to where you bought the license or get a support license from us: https://t.co/NRdPHOGlLc
@orfeo41990380 The ticketing system should let you open the request if it's for upgrading too. Mention that and show us what it says if it still doesn't work.
@GerardoFernndz there may be a plenty of reasons. Mostly often it occurs when the server has several IPs, a domain resolves to one of it, but in Plesk another IP is configured. If that is not the case - raise a support request at https://t.co/35td9iGf4W
@AJOGonzalez Hola. Debe ser porque la licencia es de IONOS. Ellos puedes abrir un ticket con nosotros para revisar el error si es necesario. Diles que lo hagan si gustas que resolvamos el error en tu servidor.
@AJOGonzalez Hello. There's no similar known issue. Since you've already done extended troubleshooting it's best to submit a request to Plesk Support directly so we can review the problem in-depth: https://t.co/WQnCTQE15t
@_TheTensai Hi Brandon! Just checked and it is working fine. Make sure that you filled all the fields and checkboxes on ticket submission form. Try another browser just in case.
@crazygamerltd You can create a request from https://t.co/35td9iGf4W. It will ask for a Plesk license. If the license belongs to a reseller, then they have to create the request for you. Just make sure to let us know what we can and cannot do.
@techguywebdev Hi! This needs an investigation. If you're the administrator of the installation, submit a support request base don where the license was purchased: https://t.co/zGayrnJROI
@meanmal What error do you get when trying to create a ticket? Try installing and enabling the Plesk Firewall extension: https://t.co/XLMoqg3aNZ. If that doesn't help, the block is outside Plesk, so ask your hosting provider to unblock the email ports.
@smartersurfaces Hello, Please check that notifications are disabled here Plesk > Tools & Settings > Notifications. If they are disabled, then please create an account and support request on our portal: https://t.co/Nir9XXDRyB and we will check it
@godwinedoho22 Hi! Memory Limit can be edited from the domains' PHP settings. You can also edit this and other values per-handler, via service plan, etc.: https://t.co/ODTCTiCfj3ย
If this doesn't work, please open a ticket with us at https://t.co/WQnCTQE15t
