That court ruling that a title deed is not proof of land ownership made me get all other evidences to show I acquired my land legally 😬:

1. Title deed itself.
2. Land Search history.
3. Land GreenCard.
4. Evidence of bank transactions.
5. Photos of land scouting visits.
6. Photo of Localman shaking hands with the previous owner🥲😂.
7. Sales agreement.
8. Land board consent and receipts.
9. Rent/rates clearance.
10. Valuation and stamp duty receipts.
11. Transfer form.
12. Title processing fees receipts.
13. A photo of my lawyer who oversaw the transaction.

I locked this in my safe☣️ as well as scanning them as soft copies. I am not taking chances in this Kenya🥲.
