TL;DR: there are two prices, the market price and the floor price.

the floor never goes down. It only grows from fees, and you can always redeem (burn) your tokens at the floor price

when the market price drops below the floor, arbitrageurs buy tokens on the market to redeem them at the floor. That supports the price and shrinks the circulating supply, so it’s impossible to dump the price to zero
