#disslivedebate2016 I think we need a new word for what feminism originally stood for because it has lost its true meaning throughthe media

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

@indis12309 perfect example of the media portraying feminism to be a bad thing

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

#disslivedebate2016 feminism shouldn't be associated with assuming it strives to make women 'more equal' than men

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

#disslivedebate2016 feminism is being coined as a bad word - if you want equal rights for both genders, you're a feminist!

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

#disslivedebate2016 would have been interesting to see if the ad had the same backlash if the phot was of a 6 pack man #doubtit

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

@indis12309 agreed, there's already such an issue with mental health services, the media shouldn't promote the prob further

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

#disslivedebate2016 you don't need to have a killer bod in order to be healthy - like the ad would suggest

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

#disslivedebate2016 although it was meant to be promoting 'health', the ad was focused on appearance

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

#disslivedebate2016 we shouldn't promote unhealthy living but we should promote that people should accept themselves for who they are

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

#disslivedebate2016 calling people 'fatties' was unprofessional

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

#disslivedebate2016 so many young girls feel enough pressure as it is to feel perfect, ads like this cause more bad than good

[Null0987 @plkmn10]

#disslivedebate2016 shouldn't be assumed that everyone on benefits is a 'criminal'
