I don’t want to tell @USPS how to do its job, but I will offer some advice re: how not to do it: if you plan to deliver a package to CT by November 17 & the package is in Plattsburgh, NY on the 11th, & Springfield, MA on the 13th, don’t then send it to Seattle on the 17th.
