@ugwildlife In ngakarimojong, its called "Bilibilkan"
It likes climbing on top of the houses(roof top).
we have a believe that if you kill it, your hand will break.
this is meant tactically to deter children from stoning on top of the roof.

When I was doing MEG in high school, most students in Science class used to see those in Arts class as failures, when i was doing a Bachelor of statistics at Kyambogo University, most guys in our program used to see those of SWASA as not serious students, when I went for a post graduate of M & E at UMI,our facilitators used to tell us that weโre now managers and we shall determine how much we need to be paid and that the front seats for cars are always ours.
But what I can tell you is that ku ground things are totally different ๐๐๐๐
@SpireJim@PoliceUg@KCCAUG@nemaug I one time hid under the bed when such unusaual fireworks noise got me unawarely around Muyenga at 10pm.
I had fresh trauma from warrior attack in kaabong the previous week and i thought the area was under attack.
Surely these crakers should be regulated and timely communicated
The time has come for Parliament to review and amend the minimum constitutional qualifications for MPs, LCV Chairpersons, and Mayors. With Ugandaโs changing demographics and increasing governance demands, a Senior Six certificate is no longer sufficient for leaders who must interpret complex policy statements, scrutinize budgets, and provide legislative oversight. Raising the bar to require at least a bachelorโs degree accredited by NCHE will strengthen the quality of leadership at national and district levels. This reform aligns with Article 80โs spirit of ensuring capable leadership and promotes merit, competence, and informed decision making. Uganda needs quality, not quantity, content is key for effective governance and sustainable development.@KagutaMuseveni@JanetMuseveni@jessica_alupo@AnitahAmong@Thomas_Tayebwa@ac_owinydollo@norbertmao@KiryowaKk
