@UberUKsupport Just to highlight to everyone what a complete and utter joke you are. Uber literally used the same copy & paste response on DM support as in app. They sold a service for priority delivery & their driver did other deliveries before mine. Resulting in spoiled foods. Disgusting

@UberUKsupport I’ve followed bow and sent the information in response to your DM. The in app help section is a joke and they don’t read the messages and just copy paste the same none answer fob off over and over and over and over. This requires human response and has now gone on too long
