ADOR was telling the Judge about how the appraiser can't understand if Min Hee-jin had an effect on NewJeans and therefore can't differentiate between their revenue before and after because he's a 'normal person who's not in the industry'

Later on the Judge pressed ADOR to clarify whether they're suing Danielle for damages regarding with NewJeans as a whole or her individually.

ADOR said that "it will be naturally determined once the expert evaluation is complete."

Danielle's Legal Team responded with the same tactic that ADOR used:

"Since the appraiser is a normal person, they likely won’t be able to make that distinction. So it is ADOR's position to clearly state it."
