Why would they block my account for inactivity if I couldn’t even trade the account because the account was already blocked by them and they already knew it ?!

They’ve sent me an email saying they’ll open a case to see what was the problem, and the next day, I’ve got an email saying that they can’t do nothing for me because I’ve violated the rule !

I’ve sent emails saying that I didn’t trade the account since it has been blocked, they came up by saying “no, the reason is inactivity”, I’ve replied back by asking them if the account has been breached for that reason, it’s because I couldn’t even trade it !

Saturday July 13th, I’ve got an email saying that I’ve breached my account! I was wondering how because you can’t breach an account that you couldn’t even place a trade on the account, they said the reason was maximum daily loss !

they’ve replied to me by asking me to do bunch of stuff with the account, I’ve done that but still couldn’t use it, then I’ve sent emails again asking for more clarification but they didn’t reply to the email.

First of all, I got an account with funding pips that I was trading, and suddenly one day the account got blocked. I didn’t know how and why but it was blocked and I couldn’t even place a trade on it. Then I went to talk to the customer service !
So, they’ve seen that I got proof of what I’m saying, on July 13th, they’ve decided to open a case to solve the problem I guess. The next day, guess what?! Im getting an email from them saying that I’ve violated a rule and there is no tolerance for that ?! Is this a joke ?!
This is the email that I’ve sent to them on July 4th but they didn’t respond to it, and now they have the audacity to say that i haven’t send to them emails ?!
Can you see that ?! Firstly Maximum daily loss and secondly Inactive account for 30 days ! LMAOO
now they’re saying that they’ve sent me what to do if I want to get the account back and I didn’t get back to them with any emails saying I couldn’t trade it !
As I said, how am I supposed to lose the maximum daily loss if I even couldn’t place a trade on my account ?!
I’ve sent emails because I needed explanation from them, so they replied to me saying that the reason is because I didn’t trade the account for 30 days !
