Y cuando nos preguntamos quién sería la voz ideal para tocar este tema en #AquíSeHablaDeEnergía, ‘todas las líneas’ nos condujeron a Javier Martínez Gil: ingeniero electricista con más de 20 años de experiencia en planeación, regulación y desarrollo del sector eléctrico colombiano.
