At this juncture, it would not be a prudent or intelligent decision on the part of #Iran to prolong the ongoing conflict, as such a course may ultimately prove detrimental to its own survival and stability. While Iran often takes pride in its ancient civilization and historical legacy—reminiscent of age-old traditions and identities—it must equally recognize the realities of the present geopolitical landscape.

Today, nations such as #Israel and, more significantly, the #United_States_of_America, possess overwhelming strategic, military, and economic superiority. As a matter of record, no country in the world presently matches the global power and influence of the #United_States. In such circumstances, it would be unrealistic for Iran to assume parity or to engage in prolonged confrontation without severe consequences.

Therefore, there appears to be neither necessity nor advantage in extending the conflict. Even if a move towards peace may outwardly seem like a surrender, it must be understood that, at times, restraint and compromise secure a nation’s future far more effectively than continued hostility.

If Iran fails to pursue a path of de-escalation and peace, there exists a real possibility that the leadership of the United States, including President #Donald_Trump, may resort to decisive measures that could significantly weaken or even devastate Iran.

It is also pertinent to observe that rhetorical support or emotional alignment by external commentators or ideological sympathizers will not materially alter the ground realities. Criticism or opposition to powerful nations may be voiced freely; however, such expressions do not translate into the ability to overcome or withstand their might.

Under these circumstances, the leadership of Iran must act with foresight and responsibility. The focus must shift from momentary pride or ego to the long-term welfare of future generations. History has repeatedly shown that nations endure not merely through defiance, but through wisdom and timely decision-making.

The time has come for Iran to make a #crucial_choice—between preserving its ego and securing the future of its people. True strength lies not in prolonged conflict, but in safeguarding the lives, stability, and prosperity of the generations to come.

ಇನ್ನೊಂದೆಡೆ, ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಏನಿತ್ತು ಎಂದರೆ — ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಹಿತವನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿಸುವ #ಎಲ್ಲರ_ಕನ್ನಡ ದ ರಾಯಬಾರಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು.

ಆದರೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಬೇರೆ. ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯೋಚಿಸುವ ಬ��ಲು, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಜಾತಿ ಹುಡುಕುವ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವಂತೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸುವ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಏನು ಎಂದರೆ — ಅದನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿಸುವುದು,
ಅದನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಕಲಿಯಲು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿಸುವುದು, ಮತ್ತು ರೀಚಬಿಲಿಟಿಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು.

ಇದರ ಬದಲು, ಈಗ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಉತ್ತರಗಳು — ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ; ಅಂಕುಡೊಂಕಾದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಡೊಂಕುಡೋಂಕಾದ ಉತ್ತರಗಳೇ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿರುವಂತಿದೆ.

ಕನ್ನಡದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ಬೆನ್ನು ಮೂಳೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಬಲವಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂಬುದು ಈಗ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. 🥲 ಗುಲಾಮರಾಗದಿರಿ ಬ್ರೋ 🥲

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಬಂಧುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಾತೃಭಾಷಾ ದಿನದ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು. ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾತೃಭಾಷೆಯೂ ಹೌದು, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರ ಭಾಷೆಯೂ ಹೌದು. ಉಳಿದೆಲ್ಲ ಮಾತೃಭಾಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಬಳಸುವ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಉಳಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

ಲಿಪಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಾವು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದೇ ರೀತಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತುಳು, ಕೊಂಕಣಿ, ಬ್ಯಾರಿ, ಕೊಡವ ಭಾಷೆಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದಲೇ ಆ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿ���ಿ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನು ಬಳಸೋಣ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಬೆಳೆಸೋಣ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಭಾಷಿಗರನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸೋಣ.

Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar — Two Major Mistakes That Must Be Corrected Immediately

In the Karnataka Congress over the last two decades, one major political shift has not happened. This is the fundamental mistake that both Siddaramaiah and D.K. Shivakumar have failed to recognise.

Siddaramaiah’s Major Failure — He Did Not Strengthen the Congress Party

Siddaramaiah has been made Chief Minister twice by the Congress Party. Yet his tenure has not contributed to strengthening the organisational or ideological base of the Congress.

The idea of AHINDA — minorities, backward classes, and Dalits — might have been essential for the JDS, because JDS lacked strong support from these communities.

But the Congress has always enjoyed strong support from minorities and Dalits.
Therefore, AHINDA did not become a new electoral strength for Congress. Instead, it personalised politics around Siddaramaiah.

To put it bluntly, AHINDA strengthened Siddaramaiah the brand, not the Congress Party. This is fundamentally against Rahul Gandhi’s cadre-based political vision for the Congress.

OBC Communities Did Not Move Towards the Congress

Despite Siddaramaiah holding the Chief Minister’s post for nearly seven and a half years:
•OBC communities did not shift towards the Congress
•The leadership did not work to bring them towards the Congress
•Even today, most backward communities remain firm supporters of the BJP-Hindutva ideology

The most surprising fact is that even the Kuruba community did not become a core Congress voting bloc.
No serious effort was made by Siddaramaiah to politically integrate his own community into the Congress ecosystem.

In recent days, some Kuruba voices have even declared that if Siddaramaiah is removed, they will go against the Congress. This is not just irrational, it is deeply ungrateful.

Why?

The Congress gave Siddaramaiah the Chief Minister’s post twice.
It gave him more than seven years of uninterrupted power.
Yet his community did not become committed supporters of the Congress.

This failure must be corrected immediately.

D.K. Shivakumar’s Major Mistake — Silence on Social and Constitutional Struggles

D.K. Shivakumar is a leader who works for the Congress with complete loyalty, next only to Rahul Gandhi.
But his major political lapse is a lack of focus on:
•Social justice struggles
•Constitutional equality
•Economic upliftment of the poor and backward communities

He has not brought the Congress forward as the champion of social transformation in Karnataka. This is a major gap in his leadership.

What Rahul Gandhi Must Advise Both Leaders

Both Siddaramaiah and D.K. Shivakumar are strengths to the Congress in different ways.
But both carry political weaknesses that can damage the party in the next election.

What Siddaramaiah Must Do
•Remind his community of the honour and opportunity the Congress gave him
•Instil Congress ideology — secularism and equality — within the Kuruba community
•Work to bring backward classes and OBCs into the Congress fold

What D.K. Shivakumar Must Do
•Bring social justice and constitutional struggles to the centre of Congress politics
•Mobilise people around issues of poverty, inequality, and upliftment
•Strengthen the party’s ideological grounding in social and economic reform

Main Point:

AHINDA has not given Congress any new strength.
Dalits, minorities, and progressive ideology have always been the core of the Congress vote base.
Both Siddaramaiah and D.K. Shivakumar must correct their mistakes immediately.

For the Congress to become stronger, ideas must take priority over individuals.

That is the need of the hour.

It is truly unfortunate to hear that an apartment association owner, reportedly hailing from Assam, has attempted to block the celebration of Kannada Rajyotsava at Bengaluru. Karnataka has always welcomed people from every part of India, and most residents from the North-Eastern states have set a fine example of respect and integration — many even take pride in learning Kannada and embracing the local culture.

The real problem often arises from certain arrogant and uncivilized elements originating from the BIMARU states, who neither understand nor respect the linguistic and cultural sentiments of Karnataka. Such behaviour goes against the very spirit of unity and mutual respect that our State and its people have upheld for generations.

I fully agree with the sentiments expressed by Mr.@ajavgal , who has consistently stood for the dignity of Kannada, the rights of Kannadigas, and the harmony of all communities living here. It is high time that the authorities and citizens together ensure that no one, under any pretext, disrespects or obstructs the celebration of our State’s pride — Kannada Rajyotsava.

This is not just an insult, it’s a warning. It shows exactly what happens when economic migrants are given power in our own land. They come here in search of food and shelter, but once settled, they try to rule over us, suppress our traditions, and disrespect our language.

Economic migrants must live by the rules made by Kannadigas and respect our language, culture, and identity. We should not allow them to dictate terms or deny our right to celebrate Kannada and Karnataka

The Irony of Peace and Perception

Though it may sound surreal, #Donald_Trump remains the only U.S. President in the past six decades who neither initiated a new war nor deployed troops into a fresh conflict. Ironically, this fact often surprises many.

By contrast, #Barack_Obama—widely portrayed as a peacemaker by much of the American liberal media—oversaw several major military operations and interventions during his presidency. Yet, media narratives often celebrated him as a symbol of peace while mocking Trump, who in fact refrained from starting wars, as a reckless leader.

This contrast shows one enduring truth: media perception can be far more powerful than the actual record.

Throwing a shoe at Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Sri B. R. Gawai, is not just an attack on an individual — it is an assault on the very foundation of our Judiciary, one of the cornerstones of Indian Democracy and the Constitution.

When such a shameful act is committed by a Senior Advocate, it becomes all the more condemnable. A person who knows the law, understands judicial dignity, and still chooses such misconduct deserves no leniency.

I, being one of the Advocates of this country, seriously condemn this cowardly and disgraceful act. Strict and exemplary punishment must be imposed to uphold the sanctity of the Judiciary and to deter any such future attempts.
