Supt. Chris Briggs shared an update with the local business community during the @PicktownChamber State of Pickerington luncheon yesterday. Briggs talked about the district's 4.5 out of 5 Star Rating on the Ohio Report Card, and gave updates on our Plan for Progress.

Sycamore Creek Elementary Kindergarten students in Mrs. Tinsley's class were surprised with Leap Frogs donated by the PTO on Leap Day in Feb. The class used them to practice reading/writing and they made special Leap Day crowns. Mrs. Tinsley said it was "A ’hopping’ good time."

During Black History Month (in Feb.), we stopped by Mrs. Christa Ralph's Tussing ES 3rd grade class going on a "gallery walk" 🚶🏾♂️to gather facts about influential African-Americans, as displayed on the walls and doors of the school. What a wonderful hands-on learning experience!

Global Scholars in their first year of the program visited Ohio Dominican University last week to learn about worldwide issues and global careers. The students participated in a migration simulation and got a tour of the campus.
