I have found by allowing students to bring this study document into a test, that there is a lot less anxiety for students over a ‘maths test’.

Here is an example of a learning log one of my students made.
Students build this study tool during the topic, so that it is ready to use for revision before a test.
We also allow students to bring it into the test
