Just in: Aspiring candidates from the National Resistance Movement for the positions of Speaker & Deputy Speaker have reportedly stepped down in favour of Jacob Oboth Oboth and Thomas Tayebwa
I joined Hon. Oboth Oboth Marksons Jacob at his residence in Kyungu, Mukono, together with friends, leaders, and well-wishers to celebrate his remarkable election victory in just the concluded elections and continued service to his people.
The celebration was not only a moment of thanksgiving, but also a reflection of the confidence and trust Ugandans have in his leadership, humility, and commitment to national development.
I congratulate him once again upon this milestone and wish him God’s guidance and wisdom as he continues serving our country and its people.@mkainerugaba@KagutaMuseveni
On 16th May 1996, under a tree in a village called Keishango, Ranch Number 6, lyantonde district, my beautiful mother gave birth to a bouncing baby boy and named him Mwesigye Frank. A man who spent his entire primary school journey walking barefoot 14 kilometers to school and 14 kilometers back home, Monday to Friday Untill 2011 when I joined senior one. Today, as I celebrate 30 years of life and God’s endless presence in my journey, I take this opportunity to dedicate this birthday to the NRM government and H.E. President @KagutaMuseveni for establishing one primary school and one secondary school per parish, health center IIs per parish, Health Centre IIIs per sub-county, and Health Centre IVs across districts. I am extremely happy that today, women no longer have to give birth under trees, and many Ugandans can now access free education and healthcare services more easily.
I also dedicate this birthday to Gen. @mkainerugaba . Thank you sir, for being a champion in the fight against corruption in our beautiful Uganda. Many people appreciate your efforts, and everyone should learn from your example.
Finally, I dedicate this special day to my PLU family, a place where I feel comfortable, valued, and truly at home.
Happy Birthday to me, the original PO 020.
30 years of witnessing God’s presence, grace, and favor in my life. Hallelujah 🙏
It was a glorious victory Party for Hon Hajjat Minsa Kabanda @HajjatMinsa earlier today at Old Kampala SSS Play ground.
I was able to interact with Hon. Minister @NankabirwaRS , Pastor @BujjingoPastor1, Gen Tumukunde @henrytumukunde my (Rukungiri Municipality MP) and many others.
Gen. @mkainerugaba is effectively dismantling corrupt cartels and plugging financial leaks to ensure our taxes fund roads and clinics, not individuals. This firm stance on accountability proves he is the only capable successor to President YK Museveni.
I welcome H.E. Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, to Uganda. I look forward to our fruitful discussions aimed at strengthening the long-standing cooperation between our two countries and advancing the interests of Africa as a continent.
President Museveni met with Daniel Francisco Chapo, the President of Mozambique at State House Entebbe and they discussed matters of national and regional importance, with a special focus on security and the continued cooperation between their countries.
