The CIA participated in and then helped cover up the assassination of a duly elected @POTUS AND to this day, no one that participated in conducting this assassination of JFK (and others) has been held accountable. Now what? Why do we need the CIA at all?

My strongest recommendation is to recreate the entire USIC and build an effective foreign and defense intelligence agency (just one) and a domestic security and intelligence organization that supports domestic law enforcement operations (use of current structures is a good start but rip out the current guts and start by changing the culture first!).
