ขออธิบายเพิ่มเติมโดยอยากให้ทุกคนเข้าใจสถานการณ์ว่าสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นเรื่องที่เราเพิ่งได้รับทราบอย่างกะทันหันเช่นเดียวกัน ทางค่ายเองก่อนจะออกประกาศมีความจำเป็นต้องรอให้ฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกฝ่ายรับทราบและอนุญาตร่วมกันก่อนด้วย ไม่สามารถโพสต์หรือสื่อสารอะไรโดยพลการได้ อีกฝั่งเองก็มีทีมที่ต้องตรวจสอบและพิจารณาเช่นกัน เนื่องจากเป็นประเด็นที่ค่อนข้างละเอียดอ่อน อาจทำให้รู้สึกว่าทุกอย่างดูช้า แต่จริง ๆ แล้วทุกขั้นตอนจำเป็นต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบและได้รับการอนุมัติก่อนสื่อสารออกไปค่ะ นกัญเองก็ต้องปรึกษากับทีมภายในว่าพูดได้แค่ไหนเหมือนกัน ไม่ได้อยากตอบช้าหรือปล่อยผ่านเลยจริง ๆ ค่ะ เป็นเรื่องที่มีรายละเอียดค่อนข้างเยอะกว่าที่คิดจริง ๆ

สำหรับประเด็น hate speech มีการอัปเดตสถานการณ์กับทีมภายในอยู่ตลอด ทั้งนี้ข้อมูลจะถูกพิจารณาโดยทีมกฎหมายต่อไปค่ะ หากมีความคืบหน้าจะมีการอัปเดตผ่านทางออฟฟิเชียลบริษัทอีกครั้งนะคะ เข้าใจความรู้สึกเป็นกังวลของทุกคนมาก ๆ ขอบคุณสำหรับความเป็นห่วงที่มีให้น้อง ๆ นกัญเข้าใจมาก ๆ เช่นกันค่ะ 🙏
