Hey @SP_EnergyPeople the chat function on your app seems to be broken. I asked a q and the agent went off to sort. My phone went sleep and I was stealth cut off so we weren’t communicating after. Only when I quit and restarted did their text appear.

@ThreeUKSupport The Three Business website shows one contract end date, chat support a different one. If you aren't vigilant, chat window closes and completely disconnects, with no evidence you have been in touch. Utterly piss poor service and no resolution

@ovoenergy: Offered a smart gas meter. I told OVO I have 2 gas meters and one is already smart. 3 yr ago last supplier had tried to upgrade, it wasn't possible then. Was assured by OVO it was now; Today engineers turned up and said not possible. Wasted day, offered £50: Joke!
