@LiveFromALounge Additionally, the team tried explaining the same to you over a WhatsApp chat. Also, you yourself accepted the recommendation by deciding to book for 3 hours and not 2. Then for you to ask us to reduce it to two hours in instructions is a contradiction.

@LiveFromALounge Hi Sir - We have KM restrictions on the portal, which are very clearly communicated prior to booking and not after booking.

You can only proceed with the booking flow post selecting the requisite hours.

The vehicle is travelling 60 KMs, and the two hour limit is 40 KMs.

On my return, I tried Alyte, previously @MeruCares now owned by @MahindraRise

No indication of where to go, no details about the cab either.

Looks like the service is only active for influenzas.

It is a pity, would’ve been a good alternative to @shoffr_in & @plushmilesev
