Honestly I’m proud of myself, I stop eating when I’m full, i dont force myself to finish everything, I give it to my sibling for friends or save it for later. I used to just gorge down everything
Sometimes volume eating trips me up so bad, I had a big as sneak and it was only 600 cals I calculated over and over but due to the size and how full I felt I still feel like I did something wrong
Even with all the weight I loss I’m still in the same weight class, trying to not get discouraged, I’ve lost so much weight in a short amount of time. I lose at last 2-3lbs per week I’ll be ok
