@Optus Are you aware of SMS going to Optus customers telling them to visit https://t.co/oWZ2dRqn1Y for a refund? The site redirects to another domain asking for PIN. Wreaks of scam.

@AskEASupport Your servers are returning 500 Internal Server errors - that's a fact. It's a server / script fault. Not end user's.

[Troy @PlyplemaDesign]

@AskEASupport I have spoken to advisors numerous times & they couldn't help. Not account related. 82 pages of people with fault??

[Troy @PlyplemaDesign]

@AskEASupport My steps are go to the web app login page. It will then give the error. Sometimes it asks sec question but then gives error.

[Troy @PlyplemaDesign]

@AskEASupport It isn't just the web app. Also In-Game, and iOS App. That link I posted shows 82 pages of people with the fault.

[Troy @PlyplemaDesign]

@AskEASupport No good in-game either. FUT doesn't work. The link has *82 PAGES* of people with fault. http://t.co/faTkAFFJ4f

[Troy @PlyplemaDesign]

@AskEASupport Unknown Error or Servers Down msg. Dev tools show EA servers returning Internal Server 500 errors when data is POST.

[Troy @PlyplemaDesign]

Is FUT issue going to be fixed? A simple Firebug net trace on webapp shows '500' errors. @petermooreEA @AskEASupport http://t.co/0rwNzeAbg8

[Troy @PlyplemaDesign]

@EASPORTSFIFA When are you going to fix this: http://t.co/rbWEorFLWB
79 pages of people with the error and the Advisors are unable to help!

[Troy @PlyplemaDesign]

@budgetbacklinks I love the new support integration.

[Troy @PlyplemaDesign]

@rickygervais but they may just argue that you aren't hitting yourself hard enough!
