so this is a big step forward. first time ive been 225lbs(102kg) since pre covid. luckily im sick rn, so maybe ill drop a few more in the next few days. although i am still big i have lost a total of 75lbs (34kg)!!! i cant wait to see the difference by halloween.. #edtwt
