@ShiprocketCare They all are fake .. same they have been doing with me since many days and I had to bear huge losses because of their careless attitude. They didn’t even contact the customer and booked my parcels for RTO. We must #boycottshiprocket
@ShiprocketCare I have shared screenshot of all the AWBs via DM where my parcels have reached in badly damaged states. And having proof of each one of them. I really hope that your team will sincerely look into the matter.
@AmitAgarwal Please look into this Mr Amit, I have been really helpless as there’s no customer care where we can approach and get these issues solved. And this is not the only concern. Hope to get some response here atleast.

Dear @amazonIN I am using your services for shipping my parcels pan india from last 1.5 year through @ShiprocketIndia . From last one month I have had worst experience with delivering parcels at various locations. Many parcels got badly damaged and delivered. And no one takes 1/2
After trying all the couriers services finally relied on @BlueDart_@BlueDartCares and I was avoiding only becoz of exorbitant prices but out of helplessness I reassigned d courier with bluedart. And as others bluedart was equally disappointing nd didn’t get d parcel picked up.
What a pathetic service @ShiprocketIndia@ShiprocketCare@ekartlogistics @Instakart Fed up of coordinating but my parcel had not been picked up since many days. Nd they r least bothered to communicate too.Such irresponsible & careless attitude @consumerforum_
So this is another worst experience with @XpressBees_IN@ShiprocketIndia@ShiprocketCare it’s been more than 105days my parcel was booked for RTO (as usual they were not ready to support hence RTO). Till date I haven’t received my parcel back.
Such a pathetic service @XpressBees_IN the parcels haven’t picked since past 5 days & icing on the cake customer care people don’t have manners to talk.Such a struggle for #startups to coordinate & communicate the same. Request @jagograhakjago to please look into this.
