Es normal que no haya manera alguna de hablar con Atención al Cliente que no sea un contestador automático?

Llevo 4 días esperando la recogida de unas maletas y no consigo hablar con nadie para que me ayude a identificar porque no las recogen

A parte de un trato poco cordial y empático, justo contrario a cuando me llaman para venderme otros servicios sin solucionarme mi problema

¿Es normal que un traslado de wifi tarde mas de 20 días y que sus técnicos me dejen tirado esperando sin notificación alguna hasta 3 veces?
