@sevennyLMH I liked the show and was completely invested by the finale which made me soooo sad. One thing is that it isn't the typical happy ending. This is only the 3rd k-drama I have watched without the happy ending (death). I've watched hundreds.
@CalltoActivism A kid asked why I was playing with him. Me: blank stare. They said, "He's white." I stopped right there and looked around me. It was the first time I saw skin color. After that I felt awkward around him as though I was doing something wrong. So sad. Racism is learned.
@CalltoActivism When I was a little, I played with my neighbor everyday. He was a boy and I was a girl. We had different skin colors but I didn't know until 1st grade. We integrated. I was playing on the playground with friends and with my neighbor at times.
@CherylStrayed@victoriabwrites I grew up without an "inside" bathroom until 13 or 14. Also, had well water with the bucket because there was no inside water. I had to wear the same kind of wedge shoes which would break so you could hear me coming because the broken part clicked each step. There's more but ...
