Teachers' emotional struggles have a DIRECT INFLUENCE on their interactions with students. We must care for teachers, which will in turn help STUDENTS!
Teacher tired isn't just about all the decisions made each day or trying to engage and teach a classroom full of students, which is a lot, but it is also the energy, love, & care that they put into helping all those students become their best self. Thank You Teachers!
