@cromaretail hey, I purchased fridge with commitment that old fridge will be picked up in 2 days, but it's been more than a week and still old fridge is not picked up. Ut staff is saying it will be picked up tomorrow from last 4 days. Pls it needs to be picked up today.

@Infosys_GSTN@cbic_india ticket number G-202501271263606 is long pending. bank validation issue. We have tried 2 HSBC Bank ac,both bank accounts validation has failed. details are correct. Bank account is validated in the Profile but in Refund module bank validation failed.

@Infosys_GSTN@cbic_india sir we are trying to do aadhar authentication for director however the link for aadhar authentication is not being sent..already raise a grievance but no response. Ticket number is G-202412030948732. This urgent since refund application is to be made

@BimalGST Sir, agent of a foreign entity has taken the registration on foreign entity's behalf. Foreign entity does not have bank account in India how to deal with this ? If we add agents bank account then there is PAN mismatch. Can u pls take it up with relevant authorities ?
