@virginmedia So this has happened again but the service status page won’t load. Can you check fault reporting and repair in M41? There was a brief electric outage (seconds) and now devices connect to the router but the router doesn’t connect to the supply. Again

@virginmedia any update on the outage in M41? The estimated fix time keeps changing and it’s now predicting 9pm tonight which is 36 hours without broadband. Not possible for homeworkers - literally can’t do our jobs whilst paying for a top-end package

@ShellEnergyHome just trying to pay you, got through to the ‘authorising payment’ stage and after a while it said error at our end, call terminated. How can I find out if the payment has gone through properly? Account wasn’t set up properly so isn’t available online

Why yes @NatWest_Help I would prefer to use your automated or digital banking services. But I need to change address - seems I can’t do it online despite multi-factor authentication. So 23 mins on hold it is. Still better than @BarclaysUKHelp who close their lines at 5pm. Just.

Can’t find a map or their app - does anyone know which entrance is nearest to @TheChristie dept 63 (endocrine)? Why oh why is there no actual map of the hospital
