The only choice there is a defensive foul well before the shot or a no call. Personally I’d like them to start calling the mugging. It would in fact make it easier to then call the offensive push-offs as well.

Dijonai clearly didn’t go for the ball, then wrapped SC’s head in the crook of her elbow. If her arm was straight there is an argument but it is clearly an F2
