@PrincessCruises there have been so many changes to the packages that I am confused. Can you clarify? Going on a cruise from Southampton UK later in 2025. If I buy the plus package onboard what is the cost? I thought $65 but am seeing posts saying it is increasing by $35!

@ScotRail Main concourse. We just made it to the train thankfully. It would be good if you allowed us to use the app or at least a ticket machine to buy concession tickets. Most of the people in the queue were doing the same as us.

@stockperks I have been trying unsuccessfully to get someone to listen to my issues with getting my OBC added to a @PrincessCruises cruise. Both stockperks and princess keep blaming the other but nobody will actually sort it out for me. I don't know where to go for help now.

@PrincessCruises I have already messaged them and they just tell me how to see where my OBC is. I already know where to see it, that's how I know it hasn't been added. 3 messages to them and they just repeat the same message. Princess has confirmed that @stockperks hasn't asked for it to be added

I have never been more frustrated with a company than @ScottishPower. You have a conversation via chat, they say the problem is solved and close down the chat. Then you have to start again with the most irritating chatbot. If only they would actually talk to me!
