@MikeBacsik Pitching question: Do fans/workers behind home plate distract you? For example, mid-windup, a guy popping up from a tunnel right behind the umpire, or at GLF, fans at field level moving around. I've always wondered, since "Clear the Mechanism" seems pretty dramatized.
@MikeBacsik@daveraymond4 Rowdy walked all the way to the mound with Kelly after he covered 1st, then gave him the ball. I think he did it so the umps would have to wait for Rowdy to get back to his position, giving Kelly a little extra time to catch his breath after covering 1st
@daveraymond4 See if you can get the folks in the truck to rig up some replays of “The Murphy Zone” with a fake K-zone box that makes them look like strikes 😂
Replay should fix obvious missed calls, not tiny ones because a fingernail came off the base. I hope in the future they eliminate the call to the clubhouse. Make an immediate decision. It’ll get rid of a lot of these by a whisker challenges that drag on. @daveraymond4@MikeBacsik
@Evan_P_Grant Hi Evan. One of the things that fascinates me about Seager’s GM 1 HR is the stare down he gives Zeke at the end of the high-5 line. I always imagined Zeke told Corey he was gonna do it, or vice versa, and Corey was kinda saying “booyah”. Ever hear about that moment?
@inthemageors This is one of those times where we have all the ingredients for a historical sports story. Imagine it. USA vs Canada in Boston. The crowd lustfully boos the Canadian anthem. Or do they? Maybe they take the high road and cheer.
Triple OT thriller. World Peace achieved.
@rjchoppy There’s gotta be something, right? It doesn’t make any damn sense. Like, Luka had to get in a fight with the front office or something. Maybe his reaction when Finley took his beer wasn’t playful. Damn, wild speculation with no sources whatsoever is fun!
@JaredSandler@1053thefan Of course, I didn’t hear every postgame show and phone calls, so I’m sure you heard it. I just never heard The Fan shows or people like you or Evan mention it. Sorry man. I don’t even really know why I’m saying all this. Just baseball on the mind, I guess. 🤣
@JaredSandler@1053thefan Odd observation. When a team is bad at pitching, there’s a fan/media story of “fire the pitching coach!” Hell, I even hear people ask you if we need a new ‘pen coach if a guy blows a save. But I never heard questions about the Rangers offensive coaches last year. Just seems odd.
