@waitrose Hi Holly. It was the Stourbridge store and they had a promotional shelf badge by the wine. It was specifically for the valdo and suggested a third or quarter off. I believe it was the offer that had finished and the staff said they had simply not removed the other offer.

@Churchill your claims department offered to sort out my insurance (I’m the 3rd party and your customer is at fault). My damaged car is outside my house and I’ve been told your ‘engineers’ wont even discuss it with me for another eight days. Explain how this is customer service!!
