.@USCIS has revealed RAMPANT fraud in juvenile immigrant claims.
For years, state court judges failed to verify whether THOUSANDS of illegal alien minors actually met the requirements to enter our nation — allowing criminals, gang members, and suspected terrorists to obtain lawful status.
State court judges MUST take greater steps to combat this fraud and ensure these aliens meet requirements to enter the United States.
FIRST ON FOX: DHS reveals the extent in which murderers, sex criminals and MS-13 gang members exploited a little-known juvenile immigration program to gain legal permanent residency in the U.S. — at least 120 with arrest records for murder and 500+ tied to MS-13.
The H-1B visa program was originally intended to bring in foreign workers only when Americans aren’t available. Instead, corporations have exploited it to replace American workers with cheaper foreign labor.
I’m urging the Department of Labor to raise the wage floors that make this abuse profitable. When the financial incentive disappears, so does the scheme.

Good rainy morning from Arlington National Cemetery.
Specifically, the final resting place of your hero husband Staff Sgt. Alan Shaw.
His grave now has some fresh roses placed in front of it, alongside two American flags, a reminder that Americans truly appreciate his sacrifice.
God bless you and your family on this Memorial Day 🙏🏻🇺🇸
More teen violence..
Police confirm 3 teens were stabbed at Narragansett Town Beach in Rhode Island today as hundreds packed the beach and were captured on video physically fighting and causing mayhem.
Police say all three had minor stab wounds and were taken to the hospital. Police called the scene “chaotic” and said several other fights broke out as hundreds were trying to leave the beach at the same time.
This comes after massive “teen takeover” brawl at Chipotle in D.C. went viral involving teens

Boston City Councilor Ed Flynn is a Democrat who represents one of the most progressive districts in the city.
But he says "soft-on-crime" progressive policies — the ones that allowed alleged Cambridge shooter Tyler Brown out of prison after a light sentence — are a problem.
Pirro fired back in a statement to @FoxNews Digital:
"We will evaluate the motion and respond in court. We will not tolerate people who come to the District of Columbia to engage in antidemocratic acts of political violence; and we will prosecute all such acts to the fullest extent of the law.”

In a new court motion, Cole Allen's attorneys seek to bar U.S. Attorney Pirro and Acting AG Blanche from prosecuting their client.
They say that since Pirro and Blanche are victims of their client's alleged crime, they have a conflict of interest.
NEWS: Shaquille Taylor pleaded guilty to the 2023 second-degree murder of Belmont University freshman Jillian Ludwig.
This case was widely circulated on social media when the shooting occurred.
Ludwig was jogging when Taylor opened fire on a different intended target.
He had previously been charged with firing a gun into a vehicle in a separate case, but was deemed mentally unfit to stand trial and released from custody.
He was sentenced to 38 years for Ludwig's murder.
Important note on this story I wrote today.
Allen’s lawyers filed a motion for an emergency hearing Sunday to get him removed from suicide protocols.
They then withdrew the motion after learning Allen wasn’t in suicide protocols.
Judge Faruqui ordered the hearing anyway.
NEW: Judge apologizes in court to WHCA Dinner shooting suspect Cole Allen.
Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui said that he was “fascinated and disturbed” by Allen's treatment in jail.
Allen was placed on suicide watch when he was first imprisoned. Prosecutors argued that since Allen told investigators he did not expect to survive the alleged attack, he could be a danger to himself.
But an incredulous Faruqui wasn't convinced by that argument, drawing comparisons between Allen and defendants arrested for rioting at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
“To me, it’s extremely disturbing that he was put in five-point restraints, a person with no criminal history. It’s troubling. I never heard of one Jan. 6 defendant who was put in five-point restraints or in a safe cell. If the only way to keep him safe is the most punitive thing, that’s a problem.”
“At a minimum, I should be apologizing to him. We are obligated to make sure he’s taken care of. Mr. Allen, I’m sorry that things have not been the way they are supposed to.”
