UDASA has received with great sadness the news of the passing away of Prof. Baregu that happened today in Dar es Salaam.
Prof. Baregu was the UDASA Chairperson between 1992 and 1994.
The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be Thy name.
