@mxnonbinary I think it is time to recognize we aren't paying for someone else's healthcare, but that we are paying for our communities health. If we cannot provide people with the opportunity to get help, we cannot give our medical community the opportunity to respond.

We launched our first #OER initiative at Lesley through the Office of the Provost this week. Faculty, librarians, & instructional designers will collaborate to evaluate and adopt OERs for classes that traditionally used materials that were an added expense for students.

@nshockey It sounds like we need to be making more time to think critically about what we can do with our tools to create more inclusive initiatives on a global scale.
In #Bengaluru#India and just had a conversation with a researcher about how #OA impacts what research is accessible. We then went to Google Scholar and saw the release of #2018ScholarMetrics, which led to a discussion about bias in scholarship. #AlwaysLearning
