@AmazonHelp I'd like to suggest you allow Firestick owners and users to delete apps they don't use. If they change their mind the appstore has it. Luma, kids, photos, alexa I never nor will ever use. I'd like space to reduce buffering on 4kmax. If I delete they auto reload.

@AmazonHelp You're missing the point, I have uninstalled the ones allowed, they get automatically readded and some don't uninstall. YOU ARE NOT LISTENING OR READING MY POINTS. What's the harm in allowing uninstall?

@amazon I tried to order from my account today and it seems you want me to pay for 2 prime subscriptions. My principal residence is in Canada and I have a vacation property in the USA. I was able up to a recent October 26 policy change get free delivery to both addresses. Why?

What happened that it now takes 30 plus seconds to a minute for a video to start? My internet speed is over 300 mbps so not that. All times of day/night and other firestick apps not affected so it's not my provider reducing/limits speed.

@PrimeVideo please fix your software. I personalize my app layout and a day or 2 later it's gone back to apps I don't use. Second, allow me to uninstall amazon kids, Luna, live shopping, freevee and stop automatic reinstatement. Give us the choice I don't want any of them.

And in grocery stores, cashiers bag your groceries. In Canada, they stare at you with blank eyes. Service is dead after Covid.

One thing I notice about being in the U.S. on vacation is the quality in service at restaurants is so much different than Canada. The people working seem to take much more pride in their jobs, they are excellent with people, very polite & all around different than in Canada. Anyone else feel that way as they travel south?
