This time together is so valuable. It’s terrible most US employers give little to no family leave. Wife works in healthcare and got 0 wks maternity leave. Fortunately between PTO and unpaid time off (FMLA) we can get her to 12 weeks

Cherishing my last full day home with baby girl before going back to work. Incredibly thankful I get 10 weeks paid paternity leave from my employer so I could take a chunk right away and still have more to use.
