@aero_in Just more crappy Airbus Quality Control. Those planes are unsafe <- what every Airbus fanboy says when a Boeing has an incident unrelated to design or build
@ByERussell@AlaskaAir I just don’t see how Alaska can compete in the transatlantic space. You need deep infrastructure to support it. It’s niche at best. I do like that DL has SEA competition overseas. I’ll might try it after I qualify for DM again the year next month.
@JABFRLZ79@fl360aero If you knew anything about the proprietary tech that goes into metal alloys and precision casting for those engines to withstand temps higher than their melting points, you’d know the Chinese are not capable of this feat. For decades or more to come.
@Fahadnaimb I LOVE the A220. BUT it will just continue to bury Airbus in this loss making program. The engines are unreliable, the production line too small. This distraction will allow Boeing to catch up, then launch a clean sheet competitor to the A320
@skimagonline “As a skier raised in Colorado, I thought I had California pegged…more avocado toast than grit” - Isn’t that reversed? CA skiing has way more grit than CO.
