India will produce 5-6 million tons of solar waste, 10-12 thousand tons of wind turbines by 2030. Hence, India needs to quickly move to a market with energy efficiency to ensure that resources are utilised in the most effective way.

Given the 2070 Net Zero target, India would require around 5000 GW of solar power to reach that target. The number of solar panels will be in a large amount. There are challenges to it, like the technology for industrial equipments manufacturing, robotics manufacturing that we need to cater to.
