@virginmedia You didn’t seem capable of that in the 5 wasted hours today. Unwilling to contact Sky directly for a failure in your joint OTS system. Why did I have to ferry messages?

@SkyUK @virginmedia I have spent the last 4 hrs & 57 mins on calls to these companies as THEY failed to complete the OTS switch over from @virginmedia to @SkyUK properly. They REFUSED to call each other. I had to act as MESSENGER whilst battling through their automated systems.

@SkyUK @SkyUK @virginmedia OTS did not work, resulting in worry for the elderly account holder. A wasted 5 hours for me. Still not resolved. Had I been unavailable would you both expect this octogenarian to spend 5 hours on the phone ferrying messages? Shameful
