This move by INDI CM @pinarayivijayan is too funny and a joke.

A govt thats destroyed economy and depends on loans to pay govt salaries/pensions, creates no jobs and forces youth to go abroad and work in risky jobs, has destroyed muncipal governance even in capital #Thiruvananthapuram now wants to appoint foreign secretary ? Perhaps to help plan more "import" consignments thru customs and "phoren" trips for CM & family
