@scottsflights 45 days and waiting on LATAM to give refund. They initially said 20 days but now are not giving a specific timeframe

@scottsflights any advice on how to handle flights booked through @ChaseSupport Chase Sapphire Reserve travel. They are refusing to assist in getting refund from @British_Airways even though the airline canceled the flight. Been calling them both and neither want to help
