ICE brutally detain man driving to work—beat him & then choked him out.

Agents never even asked for his ID.

"I can barely breathe," man says in Spanish from his hospital bed.

"My arms and neck hurt, but from waist down I feel OK."

Video shows armed ICE agent guarding his bed inside hospital room—despite the man being immobilized with a neck brace.
